Telling a story can make a huge difference in the lives of many individuals. Members of the Consumer Health Quality Council have been telling their stories for almost 3 years now, and have seen those stories lead to public policy changes that are improving the quality of health care for all residents of Massachusetts. Health Care For All and the Consumer Health Quality Council are always looking for stories of individuals’ experiences with the health care system. You do not have to join the Consumer Council and become an active member to tell your story. Telling your story alone is a powerful way to get involved and make a difference.
