		<description><![CDATA[Your point about the unreasonably high drug co-payment is a good one, but your use of HIV as a example is a little misleading.  DPH through the HIV Drug Assistance Program will pay for the drug co-payment for any eligible HIV infected person.  AWSS clients are eligible for HDAP.  HDAP is administered through the Community Research Initiative CRI New England  Go to http://www.crine.org/ for more information.  People with diseases other than HIV are not so fortunate and will undoubtedly be harmed by this new extraordinary co-payment requirement.]]></description>
