		<description><![CDATA[I think we should take this ridiculous socialist nonsense to the next level -- why don&#039;t we just make it illegal to be poor at all?  Obviously anyone without at least a million dollars is a burden to the state of Massachusetts, and there shouldn&#039;t be anything wrong with fining them 500,000 for every year in which they are not a millionaire....

This law is an unjust combination of harassment of poor people and a corrupt monopoly by inhumane corporations -- the end result is going to be worse service, more profit, more kickbacks, less freedom, and the typical Massachusetts communist corruption and graft that has made this state&#039;s government the laughingstock of the country.]]></description>
