Obviously anyone without at least a million dollars is a burden to the state of Massachusetts, and there shouldn’t be anything wrong with fining them 500,000 for every year in which they are not a millionaire….

This law is an unjust combination of harassment of poor people and a corrupt monopoly by inhumane corporations — the end result is going to be worse service, more profit, more kickbacks, less freedom, and the typical Massachusetts communist corruption and graft that has made this state’s government the laughingstock of the country.
