They have (Unfortuniately) aligned themselves with the Catholic Church (who I am a member) and discounted many of the known propoganda's, lies, and out-right threats to their employee's, who haven't even be given an exit interview(86+ people have left H.F.H.in the past 20 months less than 15 have been given exit's interviews) I can only assume that the senior mangement is just CYA in order to collect a pay-check** ""Town Meetings are a bag of wind" There is no such thing as Patient or /Employee Advocates at Holy Family Hospital. They will eventually fail and exit the community. It's to bad!

As an employee of caritas, I am very concerned about the future. I hope they find another partner/sponsor. So many people are employed and this decision could change lives and livelihoods radically. As a nurse what about the
health of the community?I hope and pray that Caritas leaders finds help and support.
