They have (Unfortuniately) aligned themselves with the Catholic Church (who I am a member) and discounted many of the known propoganda’s, lies, and out-right threats to their employee’s, who haven’t even be given an exit interview(86+ people have left H.F.H.in the past 20 months less than 15 have been given exit’s interviews) I can only assume that the senior mangement is just CYA in order to collect a pay-check** “”Town Meetings are a bag of wind” There is no such thing as Patient or /Employee Advocates at Holy Family Hospital.They will eventually fail and exit the community.It’s to bad!
